Being recognized as a diamond member, I always receive an upgrade to a suite with clean and large rooms that are spacious and adequately maintained. The hotel is indoor, which was convenient during the cold weather, and check-in was very helpful and easy. However, the breakfast dining is advertised as make-to-order but a bit slow with only the buffet option available.
